back addicted to exercise!

I decided to create this space to share with you all the exercise I do every day ... The healthiest way to lose weight is doing a lot of sport, without having to resort to ana or mia, asi q ire les een each entry commenting my daily training.
Today I cycled about 12kms app one hour (I have burned many calories), then I am motivated to go jogging along the beach about 20 minutes between jogging and walking have been around 4kms will do, I'm really tired much jogging sand is more tiring, I feel very good ... inbetween the trot I've done some exercise to tone: 60abdominales cortitos, 20 pushups, 10 dorsal or spinal exercise, and 30 with sections for arms in the park, I have to improve my exercise to tone, well the cardio bike and jogging, my legs hurt now, but I feel great for the exercise I've done ...

I have to admit that I'm getting addicted to the sport, I can not live a day without doing my exercise, aunq been too cold to go out like I want to bike and now harder to jog on the beach.
