Happy good day of training


Hello princess, I'm really happy with myself I have done an excellent day of training such as Gaul wanted me very happy that.
Well today I made a bike 5km towards the running track (round trip) .. I gave 10vueltas trotting track and a return walk (this last does not count, was not trotting but equal) total 4kilometros trot. I feel great, but now a little sore and tired, when he had 8vueltas could not go, I felt really bad nose where that strength to go inside said "I can let q" "Do not be a fat" "Let me I can "self-motivated me" "I'm fat lazy uan" etc.
I've also done after jogging 400 series of 200 crunches, 3 sets of 15 pushups and 25 lats. I trained
1 hour and a half, has done all sweat the most, was the only person trained on a Saturday so late, after my bike wanted to go jogging make my trip more 12kilometros classic but the legs and gave me no more ... Best
now come home after she ate nothing, just a bottle of water and a Light yogurt, and rice lunch with a chicken breast. Day
very healthy, I'm going to sleep and makes some abdominal.

Tomorrow hopefully not wake up very sore from so much exercise, intends to go biking around 12kilometros more about exercise more: abs, pushups.

really feels great to train well and lose weight healthily.

Hi all today I had a day or so with the exercise ... I'm a little sad because I could not get jog on the running track and I was just busy, badly and why were the 8 pm then returned later and were still training ..
Well today, Thursday I made the following:
20 minutes of weights.

some squats and pushups.

exercise was the same, but I wanted to jog I had prepared to give everything today I got a sweater heat (to sweat more and mesh low) ... I hope to do it tomorrow or Saturday if or if!

My training plan for the next few days:
intend Friday:
50min 14km's bicycle or go jogging but the athletics track.
+ crunches, pushups.

intend Saturday:
10vueltas jogging track athletics (hope I can do 12 laps or more)
fun I hope to do a circuit of exercise that day on the athletics track as it is Saturday and no one will (hopefully) go very late type 7pm to 10pm.
+ abs, pushups, squats and park machines, all the exercise I CAN DO ON SATURDAY TRAINING TO DIE!
And if you'll give me the strength typical street bike 12kms 45min. That day will not come out
engages in the sport as 100% on Saturday!

Sunday:
45min 12km bike's
+ Abdominal curls arms, squats and park machines.

Wish me luck really, I'm motivated again to the sport I have to get burn fat and lose weight! Hopefully this training will be me in the streets and parks, but I will be forced to go to a gym I need someone to push me to train 100%, which is motivating me, WE ARE PUEDEEEEEEEE!

On Monday I made the following exercise: 10minutes
bicycle path running track since I
3 laps jogging track, stretching, then 200 sit-ups, 30 push-ups (2series of 15), without rest again now I have 2 turns to the tracks, stretching, 30 push-ups (2series of 15) of arms, 150 crunches, I have one last turn trotting track 45 pushups (3 sets of 15), 50abdominales, 10 squats, stretching ... and done after a 13km bike 45minutes's most exercise machines in the park for the arms. On Monday I 2hours total outdoor exercise without stopping at any time, without Descartes super intense, sweat ends all THAT DAY WAS GREAT. Trot
2.4 km 6 laps of track (each lap is 400 meters) 13km bike's

abdominal Total: 400.
Total Push-ups 75. Squat
total exercise machine 10 + park.

Tuesday: rain all day I could not work out, besides I'm sore after all the exercise on Monday, I only made a few crunches and pushups.

Wednesday (edit) completed:
20minutes exercise bike (I get tired much more than street bike, today was raining to go walking, so do static estuevq q)
Abs: 750 (3Series of 200abs, + a series of 150)
weights for at least 25minutes. (Different forms)

Push-ups 30 Squats: 30
GOOD DAY EXERCISE! Wish me luck


WITH MY TRAINING OF THESE DAYS, I hope we can do that can be from Wednesday to Sunday to train with it all! I look forward
Thursday and Saturday, Hopefully this is a cow loose and do my training I set out this week, at least I went well on Monday.
