fast entering another day routine! I have vigorexia



Hello princess, I woke up today a bit tired, even with pain of twins so I did not go jogging: (too bad. The truth today I was tired and stressed with school, did not feel like exercising, but recently at 9:30 pm motivates me put on my sweatshirt, it entertains me and went out bicycling (at that time and it is very cold) ... today I walked about 45minutes cycling 12kms just wanted to do some exercise in the park there but q machines were busy: (.. in my house made some stretches for 5 minutes and I made 150 abdominal (very little I know) ....
today also had an act of punishment if punishment jajaj sin I've eaten a hotdog (high fat) and make as punishment 300abdominales q plus extra, to feel a little better.

I have vigorexia?? Today a friend of mine has made the comment that estoi thinner, I said "if I a lot of sports lately ", she said" you vigorexia? I always see you working out "... I just jaja me rei she continued with the topic "'re right, they always obsessed with exercise. " . I've really been to in after that comment, I wonder does anything wrong ever do exercise and try to lead a healthy life? That's be sick? If so, then I am a serious ill, vigorexica as they want to tell me lol The best thing there is to sports daily, is as healthy as it is, I'd rather be a vigorexica to be a morbidly obese fat does not move a finger.
I leave the question princesses made: it has something wrong with exercising almost every day? And eating healthily?? I can not find anything wrong, I hope their views in this regard.

Well about my day, relatively good :

2days today after doing no exercise I'm back to training, I felt so bad these days, from Sunday who do not exercise much study had Monday and Tuesday, did not give me time ...

quite cold these days to go out and train, but I is winning the urge to exercise, well, they won lol noticed fewer people on the streets jogging or playing sports, by a better side gives me less embarrassed .

Today I made an app 14kms bike time, I sweated a lot, I do not exercise equipment in the park had just busy people poque : (.
Once I get home I thought about jogging, but it gave me strength, so I started doing sit-ups I did 3 sets of 150 and another 2 sets of 100 and 50, the pain is felt in the abdomen ( rich q) in total were 600 abdominal, I've also done a bit of weight to tone arms and some push-ups, I'm going to do some squats.

Dinner: Atum with avocado, yogurt Light.
One liter of water in total on the day.

Hi after my first post after I had become ill on the computer.

I followed all the days training, so great ... it's amazing how good it feels after exercising, I love to end all sore after your workout, feel that pain motivates me to increase every day over the year.
As the previous entry point to the sport is addictive, it's like a drug I can not stop hahaha.

My workout today: bicycle 45minutes
12kilometros app. After nose where I wanted to go out for a jog, I ran 5km 4kilometros app for 20minutes in park and one mile on the sand of the beach (being too tired).
Then I made some exercises in the park:
150 crunches 2 sets of 100 and another of 50.
3 sets of 15 pushups, totaling 45.
2 sets of 15 squats at the bank.

I need to improve the fitness very well the cardio.

Now as I said very sore, but happy waiting for tomorrow to go training again.
Remember that the only way to lose weight is getting plenty of exercise and eating healthy.
